In partnership with The Institute for Citizen-Centred Service (ICCS), the FCV Digital Transformation Series combines big picture and practical guidance to inspire, educate and equip public servants to digitally redesign public services.

Through three phases, Foundation, Design, Scale, the webinar series will guide digital practitioners and public servants through the fundamentals of redesigning government to be “of the Internet” - from getting the right foundations to tackling some early services and scaling service transformation.
