VP Experience Design
Kymberlee is the chief creator, communicator, and champion of the strategic vision of Experience Design (XD) across the agency. She oversees FCV’s digital XD team and strategy, including the creative evolution and articulation of user-centered designs with best-in-class results.
Before FCV, Kymberlee was Vice President of CX & UX at McCann where she was responsible for the overall customer experience strategy and user experience design. With deep expertise rooted in digital strategy and usability, her experience extends over 19 years on both agency and client sides. She has worked across many sectors including Automotive, Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, Energy, Travel & Tourism, Health & Wellness, and Agriculture with brands such as General Motors, Boehringer Ingelheim, Tangerine, Bank of Montreal, MasterCard, Bayer Crop Science, and TransCanada.
Kymberlee holds an MSc in Forensic Psychology from Queens University and a Diploma in Graphic Arts/Design from Durham College.
